As you can see, it’s a corner apartment, with wall-to-wall windows looking down on Washington from the top (12th) floor of our building. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with its own full bath and walk-in closet, separated by a living room/dining area and kitchen in a comfortable 1,250 square feet.
While, technically, the apartment has 2 “bedrooms,” the second bedroom can also be used as a study – with plenty of room for both a guest bed and work station if you want both.
Here’s the floor plan. Remember to ignore the furniture that the building architect has drawn into the apartment which I’ve furnished differently. And keep in mind that the floor plan below is the original that was drawn before I replaced the wall between the great room and master bedroom with glass and double glass doors.
Use the green print button below to print this page. The floor plan will help you follow the interior pictures you’ll see when you press the “The Apartment” button at the top of the screen.
Not showing in the floor plan, of course, are the 2 assigned, in-building garage parking spaces that are available if you need one or both of them – not to mention the 2 storage spaces that are also available.
